Cancellation Policy
All clients are required to have a valid card on file. Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is not followed. If your card on file is not valid, you'll be required to pay any cancellation fee(s) as well as a deposit before your next appointment.
Cancellation Fee:
The cancellation fee is equivalent to one hour of the hourly rate quoted for your booked service(s). The fee may vary based on the specific service(s) scheduled.
Regardless of booking method (online or in person), the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations less than 72 hours before the appointment: 50% cancellation fee
Cancellations less than 24 hours or "No-Show" cancellations: 100% cancellation fee
Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment: Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hours; failure to do this will be treated as a "No-Show" cancellation, incurring a 100% cancellation fee.
